All Sales Final Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they’re watched, BawmrangTV states that digital products are final sale by default.

If there is any problem with watching the movies or the livestream after payment, contact our helpline and we will help you and provide you ways so you can watch for what you paid.

Payment-related issues

Bawmrang TV works hard to give its customers the best experience in payment process. All foreseen measures are taken to minimize possible payment failures. If Bawmrang TV users face any issue, we provide phone number and email to reach our Customer Support team.

If money is deducted from user's bank account and has not been received by Bawmrang TV, the amount will be refunded by the bank.

If users mistakenly perform double payment which may occur due to network issue, the requested amount will be refunded to the original payment source upon confirmation.

The refund time can take up to 10 working days depending on the type of payment source. Usually, UPI payment require 2-7 days, Wallet take 0-3 days, Netbanking require 2 - 10 days and Card payment can take up to 5- 10 days.

All payments are accepted via RazorPay payment gateway, which is one of the best Indian payment solutions.
